It’s been a very busy week at Geek HQ. The week started with a visit to Ibrox last Sunday to see my beloved Jambos get the season off to a winning start…long may it continue. It’s been such a long time since I have been to a Hearts game and I had a great afternoon with Pa Geek.
I arranged this week a second Foodie Tour which saw our little gang have a starter in Greek restaurant Athena, a HUGE main at the wonderful Cubatas and then amazing tirimisu at Don Costanzos. It’s such a fun thing to do and we had a great evening – planning is already underway for our next tour.
This week a family friend visited for a few days from way down south, it was so much fun to see him again and catch up. Naturally I had to take him to some of my favourite eating spots, we had breakfast at both Hutcheson & Blythswood Square, lunch at the Richmond & Stravaigin and dinner at Ubiquitous Chip & take part in the food tour. I still feel crazy full and am looking forward to a healthy diet next week.
Oh and I even managed to take in the Team Scotland parade and the Teenage Fanclub gig at Kelvingrove…phew!
Have a great week kids.
